MOVE WITH PURPOSE
Facilitated by Elizabeth Danyluk, MASF, C-IAYT
Build strength in the body and cultivate positive thoughts and feelings. Suitable for beginners or those who desire a specific focus on posture, muscular activation, relaxation, and compassion. Major benefits: stress relief and nourishing a sense of well-being. *Must be able to get up and down from the floor. Bring yoga mat and blanket, dress in layers.

Elizabeth completed a MA in Spiritual Formation and a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. She is an experienced guide of practices for nourishing and caring for the relationship with our Self believing body awareness is necessary in one’s spiritual path to remain grounded. Elizabeth’s approach is welcoming, practical and playful.
