Guest Services Representative

We are currently seeking a guest service representative to work casual shifts on evenings and weekends, based on a flexible schedule.

Duties include:

· Ensuring that all guests are welcomed and made to feel special

· Supporting and responding to guest and public inquiries

· Refreshing coffee/tea stations

· Communication with Facility and Program Teams to provide necessary information to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

· Exceptional people skills with ability to communicate effectively in a professional, caring, and courteous manner

· Self-motivated and ability to work independently

· Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

· Outstanding communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment

· Comfort working in a multi-faith based retreat and conference centre
