Summer Centering Prayer Intensive Retreat:
Divine Love: The Heart of the Christian Spiritual Journey
With Susan Storey at Providence Renewal Centre
In this silent retreat there will be daily periods of Centering Prayer, opportunities for lectio divina, and twice-daily ‘conferences’ or talks by Fr. Thomas Keating. The talks we will be hearing were given in the early 2000’s as a sequel to the original Spiritual Journey series and are entitled “Divine Love: The Heart of the Christian Spiritual Journey”. Familiarity with Fr. Thomas’ basic teachings is assumed in these presentations.
Susan Storey is the coordinator of a Centering Prayer group in Edmonton and an experienced retreat leader. She has been a priest in the Anglican Church of Canada since 1988 and holds a Doctorate in Theology from Trinity College/University of Toronto.
