Stay connected during this Covid19 winter with conversations that matter! Join us on Zoom weekly to break open and reflect on “The Second Half of Life” by Angeles Arrien, a book which John O’Donohue describes as “a luminous book for dark times.” In this wise, unique guide for those moving through mid-life and beyond, we are taken through a reflection process designed to deepen our most valuable relationships, reclaim creativity, and shift our focus from ambition to meaning. “There is grace in this book, an invitation to beautiful, deep wisdom, a banquet to refresh your spirit for the years ahead.” (Jack Kornfield).

Linda MacIsaac has been in retreat centre ministry for 20 years. She has an MA in spirituality and is on the spiritual director roster with PRC. Linda has four adult children who have taught her almost so much about living with joy. As she wanders beyond mid-life Linda finds reflecting and connecting with others about the delights and struggles of transition feeds her soul.

Lynnette Kaminski is a spouse, mother of three adult children, and has recently retired from teaching.  She enjoys music and playful activity, is drawn to silence, loves walking in nature, and deeply appreciates heart to heart conversations about spirituality, growth and life.  She loves this book and the insights that she gained the first time she read it with a dear friend. She looks forward to deepening the learning with you.
