Build strength in the body and cultivate positive thoughts and feelings. Suitable for beginners or those who desire a specific focus on posture, muscular activation , relaxation, and compassion. Major benefits: stress relief and nourishing a sense of well-being. *Must be able to get up and down from the floor. Bring yoga mat and blanket, dress in layers.
