Day of Renewal: Relieve Stress – Follow Your Bliss

Shift your nervous system into rest and digest through movement, breathwork, guided meditation, silence and reflection.  These practices offer opportunities for learning and cultivating body awareness as well as fostering being present and listening within. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor. Bring a yoga mat, journal, pillow and warm blanket. Dress in layers and be prepared for weather conditions as there will be opportunity to mindfully walk outdoors. This event is suitable for those who desire a break from their busy lives, minds and who want to learn practices to relieve stress.

 Elizabeth completed a MA in Spiritual Formation and a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. She is an experienced guide of practices for nourishing and caring for the relationship with our Self believing body awareness is necessary in one’s spiritual path to remain grounded. Elizabeth’s approach is welcoming, practical and playful.
