YOGA FOR RESILIENCE
Facilitated by Elizabeth Danyluk
Through intentional mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation practices, participants are invited to deepen their connection to their inner experience while developing steadiness, adaptability and self-awareness.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and dress in layers for warmth.
Practice requires ability to get up and down from the floor.

Facilitator Information: With training in both somatic practice and spiritual formation, Elizabeth’s approach is rooted in fostering a whole-body experience of listening. She seeks to cultivate spaces where individuals can engage more fully with their lived experience to discover and foster greater clarity, presence, and wholeness.
