Facilitated by Glenda Sartore.
Grief is normal and a natural response to loss. The loss of a loved one leaves many painful feelings that can seem overwhelming at times. There are helpful ways to move from this pain towards a desire to reach out again with hope for a greater fullness of life. During this 6-week group process, we will tend to the grief experience and improve our understanding of our own personal process of grief. Through the sharing of experiences in a caring and respectful environment, discover your own unique grief journey. Coping strategies will be explored and ritual incorporated to help express the depths of the grief experience.
Wednesdays, October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8 (2:00 – 4:00 pm)
