This is a day just for you–take as much silence as you wish and join in times of prayer and conversation as you are comfortable. Relax in the comfort of our retreat surroundings, gather to share a lunch buffet, walk the grounds, and join others to share conversation. Take your spiritual pulse and rest in God’s presence as you revive your spirit.
