February 8, 2021 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Grief comes from a range of losses, small or large, some particularly acute in these challenging times. This two-hour workshop will offer a safe space for participants to acknowledge and express their own grief through a guided process of reflection and sharing. As a facilitator, Faith Nostbakken will assist participants in identifying their experiences of grief, past or present, lead them to sources of comfort, and offer them avenues of hope. This is a gentle, faith-based process meant to encourage people on a journey of healing through common movements of grief uniquely experienced by each person.
