Daily reflection is advocated by many spiritual traditions as a means of increasing one’s awareness of divine presence. Finding God in everyday life is the theme upon which St. Ignatius of Loyola built his Spiritual Exercises. His approach to daily reflection is called the Examen–a simple 15-minute pause to notice God’s presence or absence. Join us as we explore a variety of approaches to integrating the Examen in one’s life. The day will include input, practice, and time for reflection plus fellowship around the supper table.

$100.00 (includes buffet supper).
Register by October 31. Event #14980.
