Centering Prayer is a profound way to encounter God and embrace peace. It can be enjoyed anywhere and at any time with little to no materials required. Centering Prayer is different from other forms of prayer and offers itself to a variety of backgrounds and belief systems (or even lack of belief systems). Providence Renewal Centre, in collaboration with the chaplaincy team at the Edmonton Remand Centre, will be bringing Centering Prayer to the inmates in the Edmonton Remand Centre. On Tuesday October 3, 2023, at 7pm, PRC will be hosting a Come & See Zoom meeting to learn more about bringing this beloved practice to people in need at the Remand.
