I believe everyone has trustworthy wisdom that guides, empowers, and transforms. I would love to engage with you through dialogue and discovery practices as you encounter wisdom and discern your response. Together, we explore through the lens of compassion in a non-judgemental and confidential space.
Offering: sessions inviting sharing of what is important to you, engaging in practices that foster listening, trust, and grace. We hold in respect and care what arises and unfolds. The practices nourish our connection with self, others, and the Divine, as you understand it.
Education: Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation from Carey Theological College, and completed a 2-year certificate program in Spiritual Direction at the Providence Renewal Centre. I completed an RYT500 in Advanced Teachings of the Therapeutic Benefits of Yoga at Ananda Seva Ashram, and am working towards completing a C-IAYT in Yoga Therapy at Ajna Yoga College (2023).
Delving into spiritual formation through different lenses has increased my capacity for understanding each in its uniqueness. I enjoy being a life-long learner, and my curious nature values looking at what unites our human experiences from various perspectives.
I am open to inquiries for creating customized private and group sessions and available by ZOOM or in person.
