Per Person Meeting Room Rental Rates:
$14.00/person for the full day; $7.00/person for the evening with the following minimum charges:

       Offers 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and tub
     • Deluxe Suite (1 room): $85.00/night for single occupancy; $105.00/night for double occupancy
      
Offers 1 queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and tub


Private Accommodations:
     • Single Bedroom: $50.00/night
       Offers 1 single bed with shared bathroom and shower facilities in the adjacent hallway
     • Suites: $75.00/night for single occupancy; $95.00/night for double occupancy
      
Offers 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and tub
     • Deluxe Suite (1 room): $90.00/night; $110.00/night for double occupancy
      
Offers 1 queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and tub

Private accommodation bookings are subject to availability and require three (3) days advance notice. An administration fee of $25.00 will apply in case of cancellation.


Prices effective as of January 1, 2017 (subject to change)

Deposit Policy:
10% of total calculated cost – minimum $200.00. Deposit payable at time of booking

Cancellation Policy:
A)
50% of the deposit shall be refunded for cancellations up to 60 calendar days prior to the commencement of the event. B) Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be eligible for any refund. C) Bedrooms that are booked and not utilized will be charged as per the signed agreement. D) In the event of cancellation 3 business days or less before the event, the client will also incur all food costs.
